This isn't a bug. Here are some of my thoughts on why it's this way:A bug report wrote:"I don't know if this is intentional or a bug, but I get about .1 promotion points for using my [Word] abilities on creatures, which seems very low."
- Mummers are intended to be more a roleplay character than a combat character. That they get points for using their Words succesfully is more an extra bone thrown to them when they do find themselves needing to, rather than providing them with a primary way to gain guild points.
- Related to previous: The big way for Mummers to get points is via their Storytelling ability, to encourage their focus away from combat. (More non-combat accrual methods to come)
- Mummer Word success formulae are significantly different from other combat-applicable equations. They require little/no skill, no channeling, no energy cost, and only 3 seconds of roundtime.
- Related to previous: I didn't want high reward for Mummers who do nothing but spam their Words on hapless critters all day long.
