Lighting update that's caused a few goofs

I recently removed a feature that was used to allow rooms to have their lighting affected by the lighting of adjacent rooms, or rooms through "out" exits and various windows or portals. It took up a fair amount of processing power for very little gain when the desired result lighting could be accomplished in simpler ways. As a result, there have been a number of rooms that got darker, and some that went completely dark. If you happen across a room that seems significantly darker than it should be, go ahead and report it with the BUG command! I mostly mean rooms that have gone completely dark that weren't before, or are "barely able to see" status in places that should have better managed lighting, like inside occupied buildings and other occupied areas that logically should be kept fairly well-illuminated.
