Term to replace "prone"

It was pointed out to me that "prone" specifically means to be lying face down, while "supine" is for face up. Learn something new every day. So, I'm trying to think of another word to use to replace 'prone'. I don't know that many people have heard "supine" before, so I'm a little hesitant to use that, and besides, sometimes people may well be lying face-down. Any suggestions for a concise single-word replacement to use in sendlooks in order to indicate a character is lying down? I'll probably just go with "lying down", but figured someone else might have a better idea.

Reclining/resting, I would think. To be honest, prone always bothered me. Plus, both can be shortened to 'r' for the prompt.

You may always be lying, Jaster, but that doesn't mean the rest of us are.
