Ritual command - not just for rituals

Post by Jirato »

I'd just like to take a brief moment to remind everyone about the RITUAL command. I know it's got a funky name, but it's pretty much just an ACT/EMOTE substitute that has an extra bit that writes to our daily event log emails. (Trust me, you don't want us to get email reports on every single ACT/EMOTE used...) Think of it as the physical counterpart to the THINK command.

If you're emoting anything that you want to draw special attention to, please make sure you RITUAL rather than EMOTE or ACT.

Note that we can't guarantee we're always going to follow-through with whatever a character rituals. We like to accommodate minor things here and there where we can, but if you, for example, RITUAL burning down a build site of something that we're in the middle of building and have huge complex plans for... we're likely not going to comply.
[GMCHAT Uyoku]: Octum is when the octumbunny comes around and lays pumpkins everywhere right?
[GMCHAT Rias]: Dimmes says "oh hai :) u need healz? ill get u dont worry thaum lasers pew pew pew lol"
[CHAT - GameMaster Rias would totally nuke Rooks]: Here's how elemancy works: The freeblegreeble and the zippoflasm have to be combined with the correct ration of himbleplimp, then you add the gargenheimer and adjust the froopulon for the pattern you want, apply some tarratarrtarr, yibble the wantaban, and let 'er rip!
