Which items are considered commodities?

Is there a list of the commodities currently in game? As a trader of the Coalition, this would prove both valuable and profitable to me as well as my fellow traders.

Off the top of my head:
"Processed" means you can turn a base commodity it into that by simple processing without any skill checks.
"Crafted" means you can turn a base commodity into that but it requires a skill.
Wood
Logs
Branches (processed)
Cants (processed)
Flitches (processed)
Planks (crafted)
Trinket (crafted)
Metal
Ore
Bar (processed)
Gear (crafted)
Horseshoe (crafted)
Nail (crafted)
Spike (crafted)
Gem/Precious Stone/Non-precious Stone
Raw chunk
Polished precious stone (crafted)
Polished gem (crafted)
Faceted gem (crafted, price varying by facet type)
Produce (no way to process/craft produce yet)
Herbs/Fungi (Not ALL herbs/fungi are commodities - generally only ones with uses, like medicinal or cooking herbs)
Fresh herb
Ground herb (crafted)
Skins/Pelts
Pelt
Cleaned pelt (crafted)
Tanned pelt (crafted)
Feathers (processed)
Meat
Chunk of meat
Cooked meat (crafted)
Fish
Raw fish
Cooked fish (crafted)
