Leather armor is already standardized weight. Cosmetic leather items and clothing are on the list. Not really a priority at this time.

* Leathercraft containers (haversack, rucksack, carryall, tote, valise, satchel, pouch, backpack, pack) now weigh 90% less. Not retroactive. -- Jirato 18:06, 23 May 2018 (EDT)
