Excited talk has been buzzing around Mistral Lake about plans to restore the old Performing Arts Hall near Town Square. The effort is being spearheaded by three of the Nine Representatives, namely Jaylin Fowler, Eloise Aamland, and Kolter Fitzroy.

"As things finally settle down in Mistral Lake after the unrest and transition from Odette's reign as liaison of the Keep, we can now enjoy the benefits of our increased influence and prosperity," said Jaylin Fowler of the Nine, who previously served on several committees in Mistral Lake aimed at preserving and increasing the culture and quality of life in town. "Our current priority is to put some of that prosperity to use by restoring the old Performing Arts Hall in order to restore Mistral Lake's culture and increase the happiness of its people."

Eloise Aamland, previously serving as both teacher and administrator at a schoolhouse, commented on the Master of the Keep's blessing of the project: "The Master of the Keep wishes to see the people of Mistral Lake happy. After all the recent troubles, the Master agrees that this project should take priority, as part of the greater whole of seeing the town's culture and glory restored."

Kolter Fitzroy expressed excitement at seeing the people come together to write, arrange, and perform at the hall, and also expressed a hope to take part in the performances himself as often as his duties as a Representative allow.

The establishment is planned to be a high-class venue, and attendees will be expected to don their finest apparel or be turned away at the doors. Admission to performances will not likely be cheap, and it is speculated that significant revenue may be generated by visitors from other towns to further bolster Mistral Lake's economy.

It has been made known that while not necessary, the project will be accepting donations from citizens who wish to contribute to the project. Particularly generous donations will be noted on a plaque in the hall's foyer. Donations can be sent to Jaylin Fowler.

The waystation between Mistral Lake and Westbrook has indeed been completed. Travelers are free to purchase basic supplies, rest, sleep, and take shelter from adverse weather or hostile forces there, all thanks to the graciousness and might of Mistveil Keep.
