Seeing as Mistral Lake seems to be stuck in a storming season, can there be a shelter built around the anvil and cutting area so that Nelana doesn't catch ammonia or conduct hyperthermia from standing in the rain for hours on end in the same clothes?

Nootau is right, it isn't fair for Nelana to be out in the rain getting soaked in her clothes. She'll now go find a nice warm drink at home when the weather is foul.
