Mercenaries now have a new ability: Disarm

This of course only works if someone is holding a weapon that can be disarmed, but proves quite useful to lower the attack ability of an otherwise dangerous opponent.

Disclaimer: While this may be used as a PvP tool, this ability should not be abused to steal another player's weapons. This will be monitored and if abused, consequences will be handed out.

I bugged this... apparently isn't working at all for PCs or creatures.

Should be fixed. It was only polearm weapons that were bugged.
No longer GMing for CLOK.

On unsuccessful disarm attempts, the combat message is showing in two spots:

(Changing combat position to Engage)
You swing your iron-headed spear toward a deranged trapper's right arm! (Off: 1258 vs Def: 700)
You twist your wrists and pull, but him manages to parry the attack. (Off: 1258 vs Def: 700)
Roundtime: 5 seconds.
