Giving Tactics Mastery back

Tactics Mastery has vanished. I believe it would be appropriate to add it alongside Adrenaline Rush to Merc Guild ability options.
I like it, but I personally wouldn't consider it worth an ability slot. Perhaps it can be combined with melee focus to make it worth a point beyond acting as a prerequisite.Kent wrote:Tactics Mastery has vanished.
