Any ideas for updating tactics and increasing usefulness?
Tactics
Basic Tactics - Mercenaries introduced to combat strategies receive no roundtime when changing their Tactics. (previously Master Tactics)
Advanced Tactics - New; No RT for aiming for a specific body part [Requires: Basic Tactics; Advanced Weapons]
Master Tactition - New; Abilities no longer require a specific tactic setting to be used [Requires: Advanced Tactics; Weapon Specialization]
Additional thought/substitution for tactics bonuses:
Bonus accuracy for weapon specialization
Increased accuracy when aiming for a specific body part
etc...
