Broken Orders and Consequence

A horse and wagon were discovered in the Outpost Market with iron inside of it earlier this morning.

Sceptus immediately ordered the wagon and horse confiscated.

He scowled at the surrounding crowd and loudly announced, "These will be sold off and considered as part of the fine for blatantly disobeying my orders! When I discover the owner of this horse, they had better hope that their steed brings a good enough price that I do not take the rest out of their pathetic hide!"

With that he stalked off, a few minions leading away the horse and wagon.
