So we got a big wish list of missing skills.

Stealth
Herbalism
Logging
Woodworking
Shield use
Daggers
Firekindling
Riding
Archery
Firearms
Farming
Fishing
Staves
Two-Weapon Combat
Climbing
Leatherworking

and I might still be missing a few.

Tollk trains Leatherworking right now...

Stealth and perception was added a little while ago to the scribe next to Victoria.

Was a trainer for two weapon combat added?

Are there any plans to add a two weapon combat trainer at all? :)

Could Corvus get a skinning trainer? For example, in the tanner's shed or the workshop.

Ol Murky in the pub has really been getting good at throwing things at his dartboard, I would check with him. Just don't upset him or he may try to hurl you.

Sadly, there are not any major bodies of water near Corvus and for some reason citizens have been reluctant to swim in the moat. Due to this, there are not too many folks around willing to give swimming lessons however I hear the rugged fisherman in Mistral Lake is a fine swimmer and more than willing to offer lessons.

Yes, but he's not available to everyone. And there's a lake nearby.

Oh you mean the far off lake in the forest that is overrun with nasty biting beavers and a mysterious women in a cabin who looks like she could break a tree with one pinky? Sorry, don't think that qualifies. If you have trouble entering Mistral Lake your best bet may be to ask another player for training. They might even be able to RP with you as you do it.

Murky was asked if he could train marksmanship but then someone noticed the kitchen knives sticking out of the walls. On the bright side 'some' were close to the dartboard. The leery-eyed assassin rolled his eyes a bit and said he would be willing to teach markmanship... for a price.
