I want to suggest that we make things like short poles and spikes through the woodworking skill since I think of them as being glorified branches. A large straight branch is like...10 feet long, I think?
Anyways. The use would be to stick notes onto them to create makeshift signs. Not bodies since that's a specific guild's calling card of sorts.
I figured this was a great way to implement what we've always wanted - our own signage and markings around the game free of GM intervention aside from the initial creation of these items.
What say you all?
