Survey and Mining

SURVEY now works as it should with the mining system. This should greatly assist those of you who are curious as to where you can find certain types of metal or gems.
The ability to spot ore and gems is based on your current mining skill and the lighting in the area.
A bug was squished which only allowed survey to show a single ore or gem type in an area.
