Picking Locks -> Locksmithing

The "Picking Locks" skill has been renamed to "Locksmithing." This will A) Cut down on syntax confusion between "Picking Pockets" and "Picking Locks", and also better encompasses the knowledge set, as there are eventual plans for player-crafted locks.
The lore compels me!
