Mounted fishing

Oddly I can't fish while mounted on a horse at the pier

I've done a lot of fishing in my younger days, and never once was it from horseback.

This would make it quite difficult to get the fish out of the water without a good chance of losing it, as you'd be a long ways away from the water, and relying on only the line/hook to pull the fish out and up.

I don't see how that's any different for those people fishing off a bridge that's about 5 feet above water surface. I live by the beach and they got a pier several feet above water where beach goers can walk under it while fishermen fish on the pier.

Balance is the issue, not height.

Landion, why don't you make it possible but have a penalty to fishing while mounted depending on your riding skill?
