Trainer availability

I have been unable to locate a farming trainer. If I am simply looking in the wrong places, a bit of guidance would be appreciated. If there is in fact no farming trainer, the placement of one in or around Shadgard would be most appreciated.

Theodora, in the Shadgard stables yard, now teaches farming. Sorry about the wait!
