Farming broken

[Karasi]

I've noticed for about two months now that farms aren't behaving properly. The plots don't need water, don't ever have weeds, grow crops, go away if completely overgrown. Something's stuck. I was able to till and plant and water initially, but after that, nothing. I'm going to post this in bugs as well, because I just realized as I was writing this that that's probably where it needs to be, not here.
