selling bows

Seeing as I haven't seen Rithiel in quite some time, I'll follow up with Rias on this issue. If he's good with it I'll make a few code adjustments to allow them to be pawnable.

I believe the issue is, currently they simply have a price of 0. So the pawn has no desire to have them.

Sorry, I've been busy with leathercrafting stuff. I've updated this to at least be given a price over 0. It tapers depending on quality of the carved piece.

Let me know if there are any issues.

This will only work on anything created from here on out, not anything in the past.
