Is there a difference between an arrow carved from a large branch, a medium branch and a short branch?

My data disagrees with this finding..KianTheArcher wrote:You can only carve them from small branches.
(Type stop to stop auto-carving.)
You continue carving away at a medium straight pine stave with your dagger, intent on it ending up as an arrow shaft.
You've finished your carving, leaving you holding a rough-carved pine arrow shaft.
Roundtime: 3 seconds.
Can you add spears as carvable items?Landion wrote:'Arrows' carved from large branches are something we call a 'spear' around these parts.

Fishing poles from medium branches would be extremely welcome as well.

[FROM Rias (OOC)]: Jaster can now pick the lock on your bathroom door. I don't want any more details on that bug report.
You ask, "Are we there yet?"
Bryce angrily says, "I will turn this horse RIGHT AROUND."
Speaking to you, Jaster exclaims, "Compassion, Sister Lae!"

Well then, that's something new to me. I've always used small staves. I assume it's a bug.
Secondly, just because it's carved from a larger stave doesn't mean it's a larger arrow. It just means you waste more wood.

This.
And carving doesn't account for a spearhead. So no carving spears right now as there's a difference between a well made spear and a pointy stick.

No longer GMing for CLOK.

What about wooden javelins then? Long pointy sticks made for throwing.
