So, this has probably been suggested elsewhere but would it be possible to unify some of the haft sizes? They are essentially just sticks/metal rods of different lengths.
Maybe go with just 3 different sizes?
Short for Handaxes/maces/forging hammers
Medium for pickaxes, greataxes, warhammer
Long for the polearms and probably the scythe
Fewer Hafts?
