A better yield for forging arrowheads

Post by Kent »

I would like to point out that forging a one-pound metal bar into only one arrowhead is an unreasonably small output for material input.

Taking the example of nails, where upon conclusion of forging a tiny bar the character has five nails, I would like to request something similar for broadheads and bodkins.

I would like to have four arrowheads come out from the forging of a one-pound tiny-bar, please. Thus we would get:
You've finished your forging, leaving some broadheads resting on the anvil. Using your tongs, you plunge the finished broadheads into the nearby trough of water causing steam to fill the air with a loud *HISSSSS*.

A well-crafted copper broadhead has cooled off.
