Can there be masterwork Pickaxes, smithing hammers, chisels and the like?
There are masterfully-crafted pickaxes, as I've mentioned. These provide a bonus to mining.
The other ideas I'll consider, but considering the diamond tip required on a gem chisel, I'm not sure that one will be a possibility.
I think a blacksmithing hammer would be a good one to be able to forge for some slight bonuses.
