Forging Update: Armor and Shields

Post by Landion »

Blacksmiths will now find they can create plate armor pieces and shields!

- Forged armor has the potential of a -30% bonus to a +15% bonus to durability and damage redux.

- Forged shields now offer a -30% to +15% bonus to your block chance.

These bonuses are determined by the quality of shield you manage to produce. Average quality pieces offer no positive or negative bonus.

(As always, these numbers will be adjusted as testing continues.)

Looked over the system briefly and it works very well. Are there any plans to allow armorers to make gorgets?

Is there a difference between what metals are used for shields, such as: Bonze, Copper or Silver?
The elements are slaves to no being. One must learn to ask for their aid, the elements offer power to the humble. This is why no one is truly a master yet everyone is a student..
