Custom crafting marks and the CRAFTMARK command

The craftmark command is now active!

It can be used to:
- Toggle whether you brand your crafted items with your crafting mark.
- Show your custom crafting mark, if you have one.
- (This is the cool one) Request a customized crafting mark (needs GM approval).
