Problems from the same IP

Hey there!

I just started playing an pulled a friend from work into trying it out as well, unfortunately the server doesn't recognize we're two separate people I'm assuming since our play location is the same. When one of us is trying to log in it says that we're already logged in.

Example:

Sorry, you're only allowed to have one character logged in at a time.

I get that this might be to deter multi-boxing, but is there any work around for players from the same play location?

Actually, there is a work around. Just send an e-mail to rias@contrarium.net and give your player name as well as the specific name that your co-worker is trying to use. (make sure he is already registered with a name) Also please give a short explanation as to why these names have the same IP. (Just copy and paste what you wrote above, that will do fine.)

This can also be done if you can catch Rias while in-game.
