Receiving an e-mail when a reply is posted to my BBS subscriptions?

Receiving an e-mail when a reply is posted to my BBS subscriptions?

Is there a way to have the BBS send me an e-mail when someone posts a follow-up reply to a topic I am subscribed to, and also when someone sends me a PM?
