Having problems connecting to CLOK... Client sided

Post by Lun »

For some reason, whenever I attempt to log into CLOK, I get this error.

Error number: 0
Event: Compile error
Description: [string "Command line"]:1: '=' expected near 'zeel'
Called by: Immediate execution

I just got a new computer, which is x64 Windows 7. I'm not sure if that's the problem, though... My old client that I used doesn't work either.

I'm using MUSHClient in all cases. Can anyone help me? :<

How do you log in, is this the new mushclient?

[FROM Rias (OOC)]: Jaster can now pick the lock on your bathroom door. I don't want any more details on that bug report.
You ask, "Are we there yet?"
Bryce angrily says, "I will turn this horse RIGHT AROUND."
Speaking to you, Jaster exclaims, "Compassion, Sister Lae!"

If it's MUSHclient, this is apparently a common thing. Try --login instead of /login. Apparently the newer version interprets slashes oddly.

Example:

--login Bob secretpassword
The lore compels me!

A ha, the two --s did the trick. Thank you Rias!
