To clarify, feel free to mail him but don't expect him to know anything about those creepy sorcerers. He just waits the tables and serves tea to those in the sitting room there. OOC'ly though, if you wish to join the Rook Parlour, then look for another player character. This faction is not joined via NPC interaction but from interacting with other members i.e. other players.
