Rook Parlour, Mistral Chapter

Just a quick suggestion I thought I'd post here. I noticed that there are Rook tasks available in the Shadgard guild area, but you cannot request a task from Edwena in the Parlour in Mistral Lake.
Would it be possible for Rooks to be able to request tasks from Edwena as well as Flannigan?
