Suggestion: More Chapters

A lot of the new expansion area west of Haiban has been added over the past year or so, but there hasn't been any updates to locations where we could find guild masters. Could we have a few new Chapters to turn to? There are places that I would consider of interest to the Parlour enough to establish a nearby chapter, such as Redleaf Hill.
