[Idea] Store Fronts

A wagon is nice but, it is also somewhat tacky for a up standing Trader. A Trader should be able to negotiate with a town's governance and negotiate a store front being built within the town of their choosing. This will have a constant, daily, fee for employees who run the business and local taxes.

The store will hold a wide array of different items that can be sold, more than a traveling cart could possibly hold. In addition, the shop could house different signs that could inform the public of other services the owner might offer upon personal request.

Lastly, the store can purchase select items of the owner's choosing, such as raw materials like iron ore to finished commodities such as exceptional gears.

With the idea of Taxes I propose that they not only work on Shops but that allows the Shops to sell their goods to NPCs as well such as the local guard or even have first chances to sell to the market once a Item is in demand.

What I mean by demand is when a city such as Shadgard is willing to spend above base price for a good, such as an Exceptional Gear, the shops will be able to sell to the market as soon as it happens rather than have to wait and check the market prices every time.

I don't see this happening any time soon in any sort of automated way.

Carts work well for the game because they don't involved the creation of an entirely new room and are easy to clean up if necessary.

NPCs will not be able to buy gear out of a sales cart. There's pawnshop and market if that sort of thing is required.
