Could we get a scrap heap in our workstalls for disposing of our accidental failures or unwanted stuff?

In my opinion there's already a huge amount of stuff in trader work areas. I'll see about adding a trash barrel to the Coalition in general.

Also, don't forget that you do have a very easy alternative:

1 - put trash in furnace

2 - pull bellows
