Seeing that the Claw of Shar are being silent about their new abilities so that others cannot be prepared against them, should this not also apply to the Utasa? The Agents of Tse rely on having the upper hand on their targets when they sneak within the city, copy private documents and hunt down their targets. Why should they publically shout their capabilities?
