my favorite sniper

Hi, I have been informed that the sniper was removed from the training area after i went looking for him today to do some dodge and perception training. Could we please get our favorite little sniper back for training purposes, or could someone explain to me why it was removed. It was one of the noted perks of being a Udemi and now it's gone and that whole little area is just sitting there fallow.
