Can Aeromancy be used to fill a container like a waterskin or a balloon in a controlled manor to now cause the container to explode?

(If you wish to know why, I am taking steps into seeing how Elemancy can be used for Steam Punk power sources.)

Alternately could the mixture of pyromancy and hydromancy become the basis or power of a steam engine as long as the Elemancer maintained channelling focus?

Technically yes, but it wouldn't be efficient enough to have any practical applications.
