Spell Aiming is no more

Characters no longer have the Spell Aiming skill - points have been converted over into Marksmanship.

If you find any trainers that managed to somehow retain their ability to train in Spell Aiming, or if you somehow manage to gain skill in Spell Aiming, please report it via the BUG command, or post here.

Oh, and trainers that once trained spell aiming now train marksmanship.
