I would suggest that Zeal force the caster into Tactics Offensive, or at least Tactics None if in a defensive tactic at the time of casting.

As some further balances for this quite powerful ability, I suggest the inability to sit or lay down, and a penalty to or complete lack of energy regeneration during the duration. I cannot imagine it being very restful when one is filled with a powerful zeal and the desire to seek out and strike down evil.
