New ability: Elemental Severance

Magical duels will be all the more interesting now that Elemancers are able to learn Elemental Severance!

Note: Successfully severing a target's channel grants guild points based on challenge.

Is elemental detection a prerequisite for severance? It currently is listed as having a only a prerequisite of 25 channeling. Does detection give you a bonus to your severance chances? Sorry to ask about severance and detection in the same thread but they seem related.

Can a Elemancer sever the connection of elements that Elemancers cannot control?

Nope, since they don't understand the other channeling methods and techniques.
