Actively channeling Geomancy now does a number of things while mining.

- A 2% bonus toward the rarity rating of finding ore or gems
- A 20% bonus on your current skill rolls while mining.
- A reduced chance of a cave in.
- Increases the energy used while mining. (Due to additional mental focus while working.)

These bonuses will be tweaked as we go along.

In addition, actively channeling geomancy now provides a significant bonus while using SURVEY in an area to discover mineable materials.

Though your current mining skill and the lighting are still factors which play into how successful your survey will be.

I have an idea.. Shouldn't Aeromancy be able to lessen or negate damage from the gas leaks while mining?
