Hydro shield repetitive spam bug

I reported it a while ago and didn't want to submit a repeat so I'm posting about it here to bring attention back to it, there's a bug with Hydro Shield where the line about the blow being buffeted by water is repeated, I think for every person that's in the room, so if there were 5 people in the room I'd get the message 5 times in a row each time it should only come up once. It adds a lot of spam, especially to attacks with lots of hits, like daggers.
