Guild Re-Work

The Elemancer guild abilities have been re-worked, as well as channeling. All preiously-learned guild abilities have been removed and guild promotion points have been refunded so Elemancers can pick up some of the new abilities.

Elemancers must now learn abilities in order to use the basic four -mancies and to multi-channel.
The lore compels me!

The elements are slaves to no being. One must learn to ask for their aid, the elements offer power to the humble. This is why no one is truly a master yet everyone is a student..
