To enroll as a student with the University, one must first travel to the University which is along the road north, northeast road from Shadgard. After arriving at the University, there is a one time fee of five-thousand riln. This fee covers the cost of the students first wand and the first month's rent for their domicile. Each following month there is a reoccurring fee of five-hundred riln to renew their domicile permit.
