BUGCHECK and bug status types

Soon, the BUGCHECK command will be re-enabled to view bugs submitted under the new bug report system.
With the new bug system, there are a couple new status types. Here's a list of what they all mean:
Resolved: Corrective action has been taken and we consider the reported issue to be resolved.
Deferred: The reported issue is acknowledged, but is part of a larger scale design change or overhaul.
DIscarded: The reported issue is either working as intended and is not a bug, or there is not sufficient information in the report to duplicate the issue. Discarded reports will automatically be pruned from the database after 14 days.
Duplicate The reported issue is already being addressed in a different bug report. Duplicate bug ports will automatically be pruned from the database after 14 days.
