Farms aren't behaving properly. The plots don't need water, don't ever have weeds, don't grow crops, or go away if completely overgrown. Something's stuck.
I was able to till, plant and water initially (two months ago), but after that, nothing's happened. I've seen other people's farms look exactly the same.
