Just wanted to make sure that there's nothing odd going on here, but it appears that having an ASP with a Depart Penalty causes you earn negative skill gain. I'm actively losing skill per roll! I just want to clarify whether or not this is an intended interaction, and whether my penalty is going down or if it's going up due to subtracting a negative value.
I usually work off a Depart Penalty slowly by mining for an hour and it goes away, but it isn't going anywhere, which is why I'm curious to know if I accidentally broke the skillgain system for my character, or if I should carry on. I don't know how the ASP applies.

Oops, disregard, the depart penalty went away and I'm no longer going negative, just not getting any skillgains! Thanks for your concern and understanding, all!
