Simple as. I've had lots of tells recently, but whenever I try to use reply, it gives me this message...

Couldn't find character '****'

The character in question, I've not shared tells with for a month or two at least.

And Jirato just popped in and fixed it. WHOOT.

Had to rewrite this to be compatible with the nickname system. Should be good now.
