Training Bug

So. Working on a skill, and I notice this having happened...
xxxxx (Studying: 23 hr.)
You'll note it has no (Practice: xxxx) after. I used the skill a few more times, hoping to clear it, with no luck. I went back to the trainer to try and train it again. No luck. Says I'm already training the skill.
I ended up abandoning it, and that let me train it again.
