Are you washing in the river that is blocking passage to the northeast?

Possible I suppose, I didn't think of it like that. Though I'd imagine any nearby water would probably be pretty foul as well. But that's one room, and one swamp. There is another one where you can clean in the middle of it, no river nearby.
